Does DukaanKart charge commission on each order?
Only after your plan's included monthly orders are used. A 3% platform commission applies to the value of additional orders. Razorpay and shipping fees remain separate.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom-domain connection is included in every paid plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a larger plan as your catalog, team and order volume grow.
